The Ecommerce Innovation Alliance (EIA) is a nonprofit trade association located in downtown Richmond, VA. They are dedicated to bringing the e-commerce industry together to advocate for common sense policies that strengthen the e-commerce ecosystem while protecting consumer privacy.

In early 2025, I was hired as the Creative Manager – the first internal hire brought on to help launch and establish the trade association.

Since 2009 Grow Fish Design has been the exclusive creative provider and Powered By Fish. We have created their logo, websites, complete corporate identity, SEO, hosting/domain management, social media and marketing projects for Powered By Fish.

Labor Consulting Group is located in Detroit, MI and represents businesses nationwide with counter union efforts, labor disputes and union prevention training.

We have worked with them on a variety of projects since 2012. Most recently, we designed and developed their updated website.

The Greensboro Bar Association is located in Greensboro, NC and serves the public as well as lawyers and attorneys that are members of the North Carolina Bar.

In 2019 we worked with The Greensboro Bar Association to design and develop an updated website for them that included an interactive membership directory of local lawyers. This included the ability for members to create/claim their own profiles and pay their annual membership dues online.

K3 Armory is licensed federal firearms FFL dealer located in Chesterfield, Virginia. They offer a full range of firearms, ammunition, optics, tactical gear and much more.

Grow Fish Design has been the exclusive creative provider for K3 Armory since 2020 and has completed many projects including logo design, marketing, website, hosting/domain name, business cards and more.

The Latch Lock™ is a no-drill locking device that quickly and securely locks common metal ammunition containers – preventing them from being opened.

Since 2023, Grow Fish Design has been the exclusive creative partner for Latch Lock. We have created and continue to manage their entire branding, marketing campaigns and promotional projects.

R. Design Resources is located in New York and connects end users, architects and dealers to the best furniture solutions for their projects.

We have provided website hosting and domain name services for them since 2017. In early 2020, we designed and developed an updated WordPress website for them – upgrading from an outdated Joomla CMS based website.

American Heroes for North Carolina is a non-profit organization based in the Triad, NC area that helps U.S. military Veterans get engaged in their community by connecting them with local Employer Partners who know the value of hiring Veterans.

Since 2018 we have worked with American Heroes for NC on a variety of web design and development projects. Most recently in 2022, we designed and developed an updated website for them.

Court Support For Families is a North Carolina-based non-profit organization passionately dedicated to guiding families and individuals through the complexities of the legal system. Their focus is on providing crucial support in family law, particularly in matters of child custody and court navigation.

In 2024 we designed and developed an updated website for them.

Silverchair Learning Systems (now Relias Learning) is located in Raleigh, North Carolina.  They are a leading provider of workforce education and enablement solutions, empowering healthcare organizations and their staff with easy-to-use, integrated tools and best-in-class learning content.

We worked with Silverchair on a variety of projects since 2010. Most recently, in 2014 we designed and developed an updated WordPress website for them.
