The Ecommerce Innovation Alliance (EIA) is a nonprofit trade association located in downtown Richmond, VA. They are dedicated to bringing the e-commerce industry together to advocate for common sense policies that strengthen the e-commerce ecosystem while protecting consumer privacy.

In early 2025, I was hired as the Creative Manager – the first internal hire brought on to help launch and establish the trade association.

This project was a comprehensive 24-page policy-focused booklet highlighting the growing impact of robocalls across the US. This piece translates complex regulatory and legislative information into a clear, visually engaging format. Created to support advocacy efforts and to help communicate key insights to policymakers and legislators.
